If you've ever had a rough day and found yourself daydreaming about relaxing on a sunny beach, you know how much an escape can mean.
That daydream becomes real at this hidden gem. This scenic shoreline is nothing like the packed city beaches, and it’s worlds away from the rush of everyday life.
It’s also close to some of the best natural spots in the Pacific Palms region, including Myall Lakes, Booti Booti, and Wallingat national parks.
Blueys Beach is untouched and stretches as far as you can see.
Tucked away on the Barrington Coast, which covers over 10,000 square kilometres, Blueys Beach is near other beautiful spots like Elizabeth, Boomerang, and Shelly beaches.
Local stories say the beach got its name after a cow had an accident here. You might still see cows on the southern headland today.
There aren’t any lifeguards on this beach, but you’ll find public toilets and facilities at Williams Park, to the south.
With its breathtaking views of Seal Rocks, Blueys Beach is a great spot if you're thinking of a beach wedding.
